Governments around the world have worked on better serving their citizens by improving access to information and services. This is done by government departments building web sites and sharing information they consider useful. Each government department typically has their own content, and offers their own interactive services.
In South Africa, the government services and information are published on the www.gov.za web site. This can be visited using any browser application and entering the address www.gov.za in the address bar.
By clicking on the menu bars (three horizontal bars on the top left) you can select the SERVICES link. This will show you information on each government service. An example shown on the right is the link to the Social Benefit Services https://www.gov.za/services/services-residents/social-benefits page.
