The cube below indicates the three sides of the course, i.e. understanding the fundamentals of strategy, understanding the fundamentals of operational excellence in support of the strategy and efforts of continuous improvement in support of strategy. The uniqueness is in embedding the theory into the uniqueness of Higher Education.
The course will be centred on four interactive online sessions.
The first three interactions are aligned to the cube above, and are further developed through nine group activities.
The final interaction focuses on the application of a framework for using the principles of OE. This incorporates discussion and individual presentations.
