DIG01-06 Seven Principles for Smart Teaching Copy

Teaching is what teachers do, learning is what learners do. Teacher cannot learn for the learners, but they can teach effectively to facilitate conditions and have interactions that support learning.

In the video below, I present a summarised interpretation of “How Learning Works”, a book written by leading academics from Carnegie Mellon University. I had the pleasure of meeting two of the authors, and based on discussions, and my experience in engaging with lecturers, teachers and corporate trainers, I chose to to simplify and share the key points.
