Activity overview Prof Lis Lange
Activity Topics

Welcome to this course. We have two very short hours to talk about strategy at universities. In order to make the most of this time I request that you answer frankly  and in writing  three questions before we start the course.

Please respond to these questions at the following link:

We will start our session by discussing your answers to the three questions. In other words, we will enter the topic from your actual experience of your university strategy. From this exercise we will derive some basic principles for the process of strategic planning. (30 min) Interactive session

Our second moment will be focused on a case study of strategic planning and will focus on concepts and methodology of planning. (45 min) Lecture format.

The third moment will bring us back to the practical sphere. Looking at how to do strategic planning at individual units and how this relates to institutional level planning. 25 minutes. Interactive session.
