Review Exercises

Delegates must review the exercise plan, familiarise themselves with each exercise.

• For optional exercises, the trainer must be able to introduce, discuss and demonstrate the concepts ans steps associated with the exercise.
• For required or mandatory exercises, the trainer must be able to introduce, discuss and demonstrate the concepts ans steps associated with the exercise, as well as facilitate practical work sessions where the trainers SME-Tech delegates in a class the trainer is facilitating will be able to do the exercises themselves.
